Stopped by Texas Ribs near Dallas Love Field and honestly, it was one of the best BBQ meals I’ve had in a while. We tried the brisket, ribs, and sausage — and all three were excellent. The brisket was on the fattier side (as expected from a proper Texas cut), super tender and full of flavor. The sausage had that perfect snap and just enough spice. The ribs? Fall-off-the-bone, smoky, and well-glazed without being overly sweet. The sides were great too — we had mashed potatoes and baked beans, both served hot and seasoned well. Everything felt fresh and made with care. Service was friendly and fast, even though the place was busy. Staff made solid recommendations and checked in just the right amount. The atmosphere is relaxed and clean, and we appreciated how well-kept everything was — including the restrooms. If you’re flying in or out of Love Field, this place is absolutely worth a stop. Authentic BBQ, generous portions, fair prices, and a laid-back Texas vibe. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Dallas.
